We are a Partnership
Your triumphs are our triumphs. To reflect that, we made it so that ChairWatch only makes money as your business makes money. Until you make your first booking with us, ChairWatch is completely free. ChairWatch is committed to a partnership — we’re only going to grow if your business grows!
We don’t charge you any subscription fees because we know it’s not fair. We don’t spam your store experience with any ads. And we definitely don’t direct your customers to other businesses.
Control Who Pays
The transaction fee is applied to every transaction, whether it is just a deposit or a full payment of your service or product. But you get to choose whether the transaction fee is paid for by your business or by your customer.
A Note on Tips
Unfortunately even tips count as a transaction in ChairWatch, and so we do need to charge a fee. So we highly recommend you encourage your customers to tip you in cash!
Even so, when it comes to tips we want your business to get as much as possible. So the transaction fee for tips are lower, just 55¢ + 2.9%.
