Four steps to your first booking

Make your account
Your name, your email and a password. No card, no business documents, and nothing you have to cancel later if you change your mind.

Set up your business
Give it a name, pick your Booking Link, and tell us where you work and when you are open. If you take Mondays off, say so here and nobody will ever book you on one.

Add your services
What you offer, how long it takes and what you charge. It is the part that makes everything else work, so it is worth doing properly with a coffee. Start with a few during setup and add the rest whenever you like.

Share your booking link
Once your address, hours and services are in, people can book you. Put the link in your Instagram bio and take a booking today.

What to have to hand
None of this has to be tidy. If your prices live in a notes app and your clients live in your phone, that is completely normal and we can work with it.
- Your list of services and prices, however it exists right now
- Your opening hours
- Your client list, if you have one anywhere. A spreadsheet is fine, and messy is fine
- A few photos of your work, whenever you get to it

Do I need a card to start?
No. Essentials is free forever (your client pays the booking fee at checkout) and you can run your whole day on it without giving us any payment details. You only add a card if you decide to move to Advanced.
I am a solo nail tech. Is this too much for me?
No. About half of what we build is aimed squarely at people working on their own. You get the booking page, the clients, the payments and the reports without a team to manage or a second location to worry about.
How long does it take to set up?
Most people have their services, hours and booking page up in an afternoon. Bringing your clients over is a file upload, and we can help with that.
Is there an app for my phone?
ChairWatch works properly in a phone browser today, so you can run your day from it right now. A dedicated app is in development, and we will say so plainly when it lands rather than quietly.
